    CONSULTATION

    Upon filling up the application form, a consultation call will be arranged so that the coach can understand your goals, circumstances and preferences.

  • STEP 2

    TECHNIQUE & PROGRAM ANALYSIS

    After signup, you can expect to receive a thorough technical review for each lift (squat, bench press, and deadlift) to target weaknesses and enhance performance.

    Based on your consultation call and past training programs, we'll create a tailored program for you.

  • STEP 3

    PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

    Achieve your powerlifting goals with a customized weekly program. Your coach will align your plan based on your feedback and training sheet reflections, ensuring you stay on track. With each training block, we aim to enhance your training quality and build momentum for better results.

  • STEP 4

    24-HOUR FEEDBACK

    Within 24-hours (weekdays), we will provide feedback on your training videos with every aspect explained in detail with cues to fix those errors so that you can make prompt adjustments on your next training day.
