JOIN US NOW!with our Stronger in 12 program! This 12-week strength training course is designed for beginners, with a small group setting of up to 8 participants, ensuring personalized guidance.
You will:
- Learn proper lifting techniques for key movements like the squat, bench press, and deadlift—measuring TRUE PROGRESS along the way.
- Gain a deeper understanding of your body.
- Learn how to assess your training progress effectively.
The program follows a structured approach to gradually build strength, culminating in a ‘Get Together Strength Challenge’ to put your gains to the test.
Classes run three times a week:
