Chee Chong's journey into the world of fitness and strength training began at a pivotal moment in his life, when he was just 17 years old. It was during this time that he became a dragon boat representative for Ngee Ann Polytechnic, a role that not only exposed him to the demanding physical rigors of competitive sports but also ignited a passion for strength training.

As Chee Chong immersed himself in the world of dragon boating, he quickly realized the crucial role that strength training played in his performance. However, despite his best efforts, he found himself facing a common challenge among athletes

Determined to overcome these obstacles, Chee Chong embarked on a personal journey of discovery. He delved deep into the world of strength training, seeking to understand the best practices for preventing injuries and maximizing performance. Through diligent research and practical experimentation, he honed his knowledge and skills, gradually finding solutions to his own struggles.
