This class focuses on imparting proper form for the squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press. All of these dramatically improve overall functionality for people of all walks of life.
You will learn from experienced coaches who are also seasoned athletes.
This class is only limited to a maximum of 2 pax to ensure the quality of training.
Got a quick 30min to get some work in? Drop into our HIIT class which not only tests your cardiovascular endurance, but your muscular endurance as well.

I came across powerlifting in early 2018 and decided to look for a powerlifting coach and gym. Hence, I came across Elevate and Coach Clinton in August 2018.
Coach Clinton has taught and guided me through the basic techniques of the three lifts.
I used to suffer from a lot of lifting related injuries in the past due to improper form and techniques.What impresses me the most is his patience in coaching me.
Under his guidance and supervision, I have not been injured since and have seen tremendous improvement in my lifting technique.

I was sceptical of the merits of strength training for triathlon. Now that I have experienced the changes Coach Goo Young and his methods have wrought, strength and conditioning is a keystone in my training regime.
My journey with Elevate began In May 2018, when my triathlon coach recommended bi-weekly strength & conditioning session to address my limiters.
Within 3 weeks, I saw benefits in my swim and run times. I was also better able to generate more force at a lower cadence that led to an increase in my bike FTP.
Partnering Goo Young gave me access to a wealth of knowledge on how to be a more robust athlete. I highly recommend Goo Young to those who are seeking an edge in their competitive and racing endeavours.
Hayley is more than meets the eye. She constantly pushes me to my limits, and challenges me to aim for higher goals.
Under her training, in three months, my bench pressing had improved tremendously in terms of both strength and form.
She is also very open to trying out new exercises and training ideas when I see them on Instagram.
